The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged a lot but offered very poor service. Visitors occupied the lockers for nights without being checked and those who need the storage got problem to store their luggage after checking out. The assistance and luggage storage system must be reviewed and improved.

overall it is good, worths the price but somehow there is no heating facility in the hotel so I needed to put on my coat during sleep.

Great location with walkable restaurants and shopping! We never had to uber and the train was easy to use to get to the Lincoln stadium. The hotel was quiet and our room was spacious and clean. Overall great stay and will be back!

The property was in an ideal location and the apartment was very comfortable. It was in the heart of downtown and close to everything f we needed. We would stay there again in the future.

The property and staff were first rate. Helpful staff went out of their way to be accommodating!!!! The apartment was clean , comfy and had all the amenities of home. Loved the decor. It was simple, sophisticated and well done. Just lovely!

I wasn’t sure what to expect walking in because it’s an apartment based hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. I only had one interaction with the staff and they were very friendly. I definitely liked that they gave the option for a contactless check in and check out. Having the room key on my phone was definitely convenient! The only challenge was the parking situation, but since it’s Philly, I understood. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Conveniently located, the fully equipped kitchen is a positive point, only 2 spoons though. Sofa bed uncomfortable, horrible view, carpet in the bedroom definitely needs to be removed. The decoration is poor, and the hotel with no service, no answer to my mail before arrival, nobody at the lobby when we arrived, the staff is friendly but lack professionalism, no class at all. Virtual conciergerie is very unpersonal. No fitness room, no room service or fresh linen. No shower gel. However, there is a very good washing machine and a drying machine. A positive point is the club room.
