During your next stay, please do not hesitate to reach out about any extra items you may need in your room. This can include a fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle & mugs, you name it! While I cannot speak for what the critters have planned, we unfortunately experience a ton of construction in the area and recently 2 earthquakes that have disrupted their home. Please understand that this is NOT the norm for CO/OP or The Study, and we are doing everything we can to mitigate the issue. Hoping to have you return for a better stay next time!

While I understand that the date change was beyond your control, our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice prior to the arrival date.After reviewing your stay history, I've noted your previous visits to our establishment. In consideration of your loyalty, I am willing to refund 50% of the cancellation fee.
