our room 357 was very clean and smells great. I sanitized everything and ran the sanitizer machine to eliminate bed bugs. Overall IHG is very nice and comfortable .

Trash needs to be changed more in lobby and outside. Also booked a room with two beds and got 1 bed a pull out couch. A little disappointing but a decent one day stay.

Room were in okay shape but I guess that’s guest were smoking weed and everytime we came back to the second floor it smell like weed. We were there for a week and did not know we had to ask for room service but when asked they were on top of it. Convenient location.

Appreciated the offered upgrade to a suite. This is an older lodging, yet a solid bargain. Lots of pillowes and an excellent bed.

First impressions when you open up the elevator and see all kinds of dirt, wasn’t pretty. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean in the room. For the average person breakfast would be more than adequate, I just had a few scrambled eggs. It wouldn’t take much for them to clean this property and make it look much better.

My 5-day stay was disappointing overall. The room was acceptable, but the breakfast was terrible and became repetitive every morning, with the same eggs, sausages, and pancakes served day after day. It would have been much better with more variety and better quality food.

Don’t book this hotel through Expedia or anywhere else honestly avoid this hotel in General. They supposedly have a “system issue” where Expedias price and the hotels system is having issues with communication and so manager overrode the price of my hotel only to steal the difference between their price and the Expedia price from my deposit and then not return my calls or anything else.

The hotel was clean and the room was quiet. We requested extra pillows and were told they were not available. Otherwise it served our purpose and we would stay again.

The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The television did not work and it was difficult to contact the staff to find out if it could be fixed. The staff did offer a different room, but said there was no one to fix the TV until the next morning, it didn’t matter because we were there a short time anyway otherwise all good.
