"This is our third year and a great location Very clean and with all the things you need for the week Well organized home Needs some storage space for guests as there are no places for clothes except for basement room We would highly recommend this location and home Co owners and leasing company were excellent"

"Great location near downtown Empire and close to sleeping bear dunes. House was overall clean and had what we needed to cook some basic meals. There was a maintenance issue with the basement and some slight water in an area, but that was communicated to us ahead of time and really did not affect our stay as we had no reason to be in the basement other than to use the dryer for beach towels. Only complaint was the TV did not work – not sure if the cable was out, but no instructions and we got nothing. Not a big deal as we had plenty to do. Upgrading a couple TV’s and this place would be even better."

"The cottage has a fenced yard that is nice with a dog, big fridge in the kitchen and is walkable to beach and Main Street, all of which was nice. It was a hit musty when we arrived but not a big deal. The water filter in the fridge didn't work but we had our own filter with us. I think it was overall a nice place to stay but I feel like it was overpriced for what we got."
