"Rosa is the BEST! she communicated with me to beat the band on organizing our Naples part of this trip. From groceries to drivers to manicure and pedicure at the house, etc etc. She's just lovely, as is her home. The view was fabulous. Great neighborhood, very safe and quiet and pretty. "Staff don’t clean the room every day. We stayed there for 4 days one towel only. They don’t clean the washroom everyday as well. My room was atleast 10 mins walk from the reception. I didn’t like it there at all."
