We just left Puteoli Palace, we had a great stay, While the property is walkable to several restaurants, a grocery store and a few historical hidden gems, it is NOT close to the hustle n bustle of the city’s center. We had tours scheduled at various times, and the hotel’s driver accommodated us with no issues. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to Naples Grand Central Station. The room was super clean! No issues at all there. Great shower, soft bed, AC was working great. We had a……

“We stayed one night, arriving late and overslept. The property was so understanding and generous allowing us an extra hour immediately. The room itself was spotless, the a/c very effective and the bed was comfortable. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and were extremely responsive. I would 100% recommend as a base to sleep in and would stay here again.”

“Three Things That We Liked About This Place: 1- The view from the hotel was super beautiful, mind blowing and relaxing in which it was facing the beach and the hilly landscape that was gorgeous & fantastic. 2- The helpfulness of the front desk especially Paola & Vincenzo was beyond expectation and left us without words to describe how we felt. “The room itself was nice. It was clean and updated. The hotel had a nice terrace. Unfortunately the hotel had a pretty frequent sewage smell that built during the night. The fume/sewage gas smell was strong if the windows were closed at all. The housekeeping women were very nice and helpful. The manager was nice, but didn’t give much help. He was unable to give directions/options for dining in the area. I would pick a different area of Italy to visit.”

“Food was excellent, great scenic view, sauna on the balcony in the suite was nice! A little walk into the town and the hill is steep. There is a shuttle available from the hotel. Quiet during the day, can be loud at night as the hotel is used as a venue for parties. Overall good value for money.”

“The property is quite, nice and clean. Only complaint is that the a/c in one of our 2 rooms wasn’t working. We asked for it to be fixed. It wasn’t. We suggested a room change. Figured the hotel staff would have suggested the change. Anyway, room change happened on the last night there.”
