Arrivato in struttura non si capiva come entrare, incontro una signora in auto la quale mi avvisa che quella era l'entrata per i militati (?!?!?!?!l). Telefono alla struttura e mi risponde la struttura a fianco. Recati in reception, la prenotazione non esisteva (?!?!?!). Fortunatamente mi trovano pochi minuti, ospitalità presso hotel montespina, pochi km piu avanti. Sicuramente, quest'ultima, un ottima struttura e molto comoda per raggiungere Napoli con la linea Cumana

Per un problema mi hanno cambiato hotel e per un mio problema la prenotazione che era gia pagata mi è stata spostata di due giorni senza nessun problema e senza nessun costo aggiuntivo personale cortese gentile e disponibile non ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nel hotel prenotato e dove mi hanno fatto soggiornare tutto ottimo pulito e cortesia ineccepibile

Struttura nuova, ambiente arioso e ben arredato, camere spaziose e pulite come il bagno. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Napoli é raggiungibile in metropolitana che dall'hotel, se si é in auto, é raggiungibile in 3 minuti ed ha un ampio parcheggio. Insomma, non pensavo che una qualità di questo genere di riuscisse a trovare ad un prezzo così favorevole. Otimo tutto.

Property was clean and up to date. Breakfast was unique and tasty. Salami was to old and needs to be fresh or it takes on a bad taste. Everything else was fine. The volcano sulfitara emitted sulfur fumes that can be offensive at times. Closing windows helped. Depends on which way the wind blows.

The room was very large and well equipped. It was also very comfortable and tide. The staff were extremely helpful and had good knowledge of not only local facilities, but also of Napol's In general.

Arrivée à l'hôtel dans un environnement très sale et miteux, odeurs nauséabondes. Pas de petit déjeuner convenable (10euros) trop chère, mauvaise acoustique, voisins bruyants. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette hôtel.

Hotel was really nice and clean. Service from the staff was not. They questioned how many people we had in our room multiple times even counted how many people where in our cars when we came in and out. The night staff literally game out to the gate and watched us drive in and out. We were told to be quiet because they had bigger group staying there and they didn’t want us to disturb them. Might I add, we were not even loud. Plus side is that it is gated and we felt safe. We also had a great dinner up the hill. Due to the staff watching our every move and not being accommodating to our small group we will not be staying here again. Which is unfortunate because our group has stayed at this location for the past 3-4 years with no issues.

Excellent and Safe place to stay

This hotel is located in Pouzzoli which is not necessarily close to Naples but access to Naples is not difficult. The are where the hotel is located is a bit daunting as it is in a commercial/industrial area. The parking is excellent and secure. The hotel rooms and facilities were beyond expectation and the staff were extremely helpful.

hôtel bien pour une nuit

très belle chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée. Le lit est très confortable. Néanmoins, il y a une forte odeur d’égouts dans les couloirs et dans la chambre dès que l'on arrête la clim. Parking sécurisé. Par contre, le restaurant n'appartient pas à l'hôtel et il faut sortir du bâtiment pour rejoindre l'hôtel voisin, ce qui n'est pas expliqué dans les documents de l'hôtel. la réceptionniste qui nous l'a indiqué n'était pas spécialement agréable et semblait agacée de devoir nous montrer où se trouvait le restaurant puisque nous ne comprenions pas où il se situait (nous le cherchions dans le Best Western). Nous n'avons finalement pas dîné là car la carte ne proposait pas grand choix et ne nous convenait pas. Le petit-déjeuner est assez léger par rapport à ce qu'on pourrait attendre d'un 4 étoiles. En bref, un hôtel bien si vous êtes de passage.
