It a nice place for temporary stay. The room was clean and well kept. I like that there’s hot running water. However, the downside is toilet and shower are in the same place so don’t like that’s built that way. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and restaurant downstairs.

The hotel is fine. Air, water, internet all work fine. Very clean. The neighborhood is taken over by noisy traffic and Chinese construction projects. But there are lots of tuktuks to get around on.

Pleasant stay

Check in was smooth. Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast a little bit limited. Room conditions is good but the bed is bit hard & pillow is too thick & hard too. Nice swimming pool & gym need to be upgraded.

Ok, but won't go there again.

The room was nice enough, hot water, air conditioner worked ok, BUT the room smelled of smoke. It is a smoke-free room, but for quite a while it must have been a smoking room. Also- my room was facing a street and I could hear basically everything going on outside. The restaurant food was quite good.

空港から近めで便利。 プールがあり、レストランもあって、スタッフも親切でgood。 プールに蚊が多くいていっぱい刺されたことと、部屋のwifiが弱めだった。

Le secteur est en travaux donc poussières partout meme dans les chambres et super bruyant. :( Sinon chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Pas eu le temps de tester le spa. Wifi top Le staff parle Anglais. Pour l aeroport, prenez un tuk tuk pour 4 dollars devant l hotel et pas le taxi (10$) ni la navette (8$) car vu le traffic vous resterer bloquer.

Hotel is generally acceptable for the price range. Although the location is near the city and airport, currently the area is undergoing major road works and development. The moment you step out of the hotel you are literally baptized in dust and rush hour is pretty bad, especially if you are riding a tutut. I recommend you to carry a mask with you!!!

Adequate hotel on a busy, industrial highway

This hotel is located in Phnom Penh Thmey on Hanoi Road - one of the most industrial, heavily traveled roads in Phnom Penh. The first night, we were put in a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the highway. Even with ear plugs, the truck traffic outside was so bad that we couldn't sleep at all - and we can usually sleep through anything. The second night we moved to a room at the back of the hotel and it was much quieter. Breakfast had several choices, but the Western options were not well prepared, so choosing the Asian noodles or rice is a better option. There were dead crickets all the hallway and a few were creeping into our room. The staff was very helpful and kind. However, unless you need to stay in this particular neighborhood of Phnom Penh to be near friends or ICA, it's better to choose a better location in Phnom Penh where it is less noisy and dusty, and where there are better restaurant options.

Perfectly OK 2 star hotel, close to airport

I stayed because close to Airport. Hotels.com reservation did not come thought so it was a nightmare, the hotel was sold out, so we got 2 rooms with no windows. Hotel.com impossible to get hold of. Will be fascinated to see if this gets through their screeners.
