The staff was the absolute best! They treated us like royalty and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was super cozy and comfortable. And the dining experience at the restaurant was amazing! We had a beautiful view of part of the city, it was so picturesque.

The staff, the amenities were great. The pool area for relaxing during the day, or dining at night was the place to be. The gym was sufficient. Breakfast buffet was excellent, Sophia took good care of us. The front desk was spot on. The only negative is the tiredness of the room, but, all in it was well worth the money.

We only stayed one night at the Caravan Hotel but we really wished we would had stayed longer! A beautiful small hotel full of high quality details. Upon check in we were offered an upgrade and we enjoyed such a beautiful room. The bed & pillows were really comfortable and the room was very well equipped, super clean and with high quality furniture. The rooftop pool and bar were so nice and with an awesome view. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was really nice and with a wide variety of options. The personnel were very attentive and helpful during all our stay.

次は選ばないと思う

隣の部屋の声がよく聞こえてうるさかった。 部屋は禁煙だが、宿泊中何度か廊下にタバコの煙が充満していた。 ハンドシャワーが使えなかった。 前回のことだが、朝食付きのプランで予約し、朝食会場に行き、部屋番号を伝えたら「あなたはすでに食事済みです」と言われ、そんなはずはない、今来たのにと伝えたら、「まあいい、どうぞ」と納得いっていない様子だった。納得いってないのはこちらもで、大変不快だった。 スタッフは皆んなフレンドリーで、部屋も清潔で、良い評価なのはわかる。 たまたま隣の部屋がうるさかったり、たまたま誰かが間違えて私の部屋番号を伝えたのでしょうけど、前回に続き、今回も不快な思いをしたので、次はないかな。

Absolutely phenomenal experience at the Caravan Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was sparkling clean and incredibly refreshing, the bar served delicious drinks with a fun and relaxing atmosphere, and the service was nothing short of five-star. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable—every detail showed how much the staff cares about guests’ comfort. Speaking of the staff, they were truly outstanding—every single person we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. We also indulged in the spa, and it was heavenly. The massages were incredibly soothing and just what we needed to unwind. I had a wonderful experience staying at Caravan Hotel in Phnom Penh. The hotel offers a perfect mix of modern comfort and local charm. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome – they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with cozy bedding and all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the decor to the little conveniences that made the stay feel easy and relaxing. The location is excellent – close to key sights, restaurants, and cafes, but tucked away just enough to offer a quiet retreat after a day of exploring the city. The rooftop or common areas (if applicable) were also a great bonus – perfect for unwinding or catching a nice view of Phnom Penh. Séjour agréable

J’ai apprécié l’amabilité du personnel de l’hôtel; ils sont très souriants et accueillants et parlent bien anglais. La chambre est grande et la literie confortable. L’emplacement permet de commander un tuktuk facilement pour explorer la ville et la rue est relativement calme avec des commerces à proximité. Je regrette seulement que la salle de bain soit relativement petite et un peu sombre avec l’eau de la douche qui débordait un peu dans la pièce.

Très bonne expérience Le personnel de cet hôtel est vraiment accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins, c’est très agréable !
