Staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is freshly cooked for us. The room decoration is minimalist but yet still very confortable and in good harmony with the hotel style.

Great Boutique Hotel for Families

Everyone is so friendly. We stayed here our first few days in Phnom Penh and it was so wonderful that we stayed here again on our last night in Cambodia. We stayed in on the first floor in the room on the left. The room was spacious and had tons of channels in English and good wifi and aircon. Most of the staff speak English and all are very friendly. The hotel has a young guy that runs a tuk tuk for them and tons of tuk tuk guys hang out across the street and to the right. The area is upscale and has tons of food places. There's even a Kid City a 6 min tuk tuk ride away. Each morning you get a free breakfast cooked to order. It's a lot of food. There is also room service. One morning my toddler was walking in the garden waiting for the food to come when he stepped of the path and into a pool of water. The pool was only a few inches of water but it surprised him. The staff were so loving towards my son. The staff were more concerned than I was! We really felt welcomed here. Since it's a boutique hotel, we often felt like we had the place to ourselves. When we returned everyone was so happy to see us again. It felt like returning home.

Excellent Hotel

Will stay again on next visit to Phnom Penh. Convenient location, within a reasonable distance from the airport. Hotel itself is attractively furnished with a very nice courtyard dining area. The rooms are excellent, spotlessly clean, and have everything in them that you need. Hot water for making tea, a fridge, and a comfortable lounge chair to relax in. The Bathroom also spotlessly clean. All at a very reasonable price.

予約時のホテルの設備の内容と実際が合致しない

グレードの高いスタジオルームを予約しました。 部屋の説明に深めの浴槽と記載されていますが、実際はありません。 クレームして、別の部屋に移動しましたが、今度はバスタブの栓が壊れていて湯を溜められず。 さらに部屋を変更しましたが、この部屋の浴槽は栓が完全に閉まらない。２度も部屋を変更しているため、諦めてお湯を出しながら浸かりました。 ホテルドットコムに電話してクレームしたら、ホテルが悪いだの、変更した部屋はグレードが同じだとスタッフは言っているだのと最低な対応。以前、ホーチミンのホテルでクレームをしたときは適切な対応をしてくれましたが、今回の電話対応者については運が悪かったと諦めました。 また、ホテルのレストランでハイネケンビールを注文しました。ドラフトビールが無いため、ボトルできましたが、一口飲んで、違和感があり、賞味期限を確認をしたら半年前に期限切れ。 スタッフは、新しいビールと古いビールが混在して分からなくなったとのこと。 全くチェックしていないのが良く分かりました。 ホスピタリティーも無く、２度と利用しません。

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Frangipani! The hotel staff were always very warm, and friendly! They always helped point us in the right direction when we would leave. Breakfast was also great!

Short stay.

We stayed for a night en route to Siem Reap... It was a fine stay. No frills comfort. Very friendly faces and extremely hospitable . Would stay again. Perfect for a short stay

A good comfortable and small hotel, away from the hubbub of the centre but close enough to everything by tuktuk or walking, rooms are spacious and clean, staff are helpful, breakfast is good, and wifi through out

Really far from the riverside even though it said on wotif "riverside". Barely any hot water and bed was super hard. Staff were friendly however and it was quiet.

Komfortables Hotel in ruhiger Straße

Unser Zimmer im Hotel war komfortabel und die Ausstattung war gut. Der Essensbereich im Garten ist nett angelegt. Man kann hier gut nächtigen. Nur das Hotelpersonal schien uns nicht kompetent genug. Die Frage zur Fahrtdauer am Morgen zum Flughafen wurde nicht qualifiziert beantwortet. Offenbar wurde die Verkehrssituation nicht berücksichtigt. Auch die Bestellung eines Taxis für den nächsten Morgen lief nicht reibungslos. Wir mußten bei der Morgenschicht noch einmal nachfragen und ein Taxi rufen lassen. Das war alles nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig. Für das Absenden von Postkarten mußten wir in diesem Hotel erstmals eine Gebühr für den Transport zum Postamt bezahlen, obwohl die Karten bereits frankiert waren. Das war uns das erste Mal in Südostasien passiert. Man könnte meinen, ein Hotel verschickt selbst auch ab und zu Post und könnte die Post der Gäste einfach mitnehmen. Vom Service am Kunden/Gast waren wir in diesem Hotel also enttäuscht.

Relaxing break

Its a little oasis and so close to the main tourist sites. The service by staff was warm and welcoming, very friendly staff. A little difficult to find but worth the effort. Nice large room with clean facilities.

Great tourist trip

I had an eight day stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. Decent meals but not extensive. What was served was tasty. The staff provided for any trips we made and Tuk Tuk drivers were always available. The only complaint I had was there was not much hot water for showers. But being that the weather was hot and humid, cool showers were great but not for morning showers.

Un beau bâtiment dans un jardin agréable, personnel charmant. Les chambres sont propres fonctionnelles etc MAIS donnent soit sur le mur de la propriété voisine, soit directement sur les couloirs de l'hôtel. On a donc le choix entre une chambre sombre avec vu sur des parpaings, et d'autres avec des fenêtres aux vitres opaques et sans aucune intimité. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants donc réveil assuré à 7h du matin. Pour résumer un "boutique hôtel" qui devait être au top dans les années 90 quand ce type d'offre était rare, mais qui a été surpassé depuis par de nouveaux établissements.

The OASIS hotel of PP! Loved this hotel! AMAZING staff. GREAT breakfast (included!). Best margarita you can get in town. Very clean and comfortable room! Beautiful, shaded, comfortable courtyard/dining. Loved it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Comfortable and friendly

We had a hair raising trip from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh where I seriously thought I was going to be a road toll statistic more than once. The hotel staff were happy to talk to our "driver" to explain how to get to the hotel when he couldn't find it. They also arranged a different driver for us to go to Cheung Ek and then drop us at the airport the following day. This driver was AWESOME and I felt totally safe. The hotel itself was well designed, quiet and comfortable and the staff all friendly and chatty - we loved talking to the different staff members. Air-con, WiFi and security were great.

Majoituimme perheeni kanssa Frangipani villa-90s:eenn kolmeksi yöksi joulukuussa 2014 ollessamme omatoimikiertomatkalla Kambodsassa. Erityisesti nostaisin esiin palvelun. Niin ystävällistä palvelua emme ole saaneet osaksemme missään vaikka olemme ahkeria matkustelijoita. Ystävällisyys oli luonnollista, ei suurten tippien toivossa osoitettua. Saimme huoneen käyttöön jo ennen määräaikaa,jota arvosti kyllä pitkän lentomatkan jälkeen. Hotellin henkilökunta puhui hyvin englantia ja auttoi mielellään kaikissa mahdollisissa asioissa esim. matkan jatkojärjestelyjen suhteen. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hotelli sijaitsi pienen viihtyisän puutarhan keskellä lähellä nähtävyyksiä.

solar発電のお湯が売りなのにお湯が出ない。水のみ。またバスタブに入るのに高く分厚い壁を乗り越える。完全に設計ミスで危険。歯ブラシが無いので要求すると、在庫なしとのこと。深夜はセキュリティスタッフが勝手に施錠し寝てる。入るのに一苦労。テレビが映らなかった。ケーブル未接続。ミネラルウォーターも未設定。その度に依頼。
