飯店靠近市中心
飯店旁環境有臭水溝當地標也靠近市中心要觀光景點或逛街購物都很方便,晚上人車少,算是很安靜的住宿飯店,晚上睡眠不好的人可以選這飯店入住是不錯的選擇,此飯店環境整潔做的不錯,飯店服務熱誠親切。

If you do not mind walking you can find markets within 1k, otherwise there are always taxies going by. Streets are narrow so keep your head on a swivel. The taxies well try to sell tours. Have fun.

C'est la troisième ou quatrième fois que je venais au RELAX Hôtel, mais cela n'a plus rien à voir avec ce que j'ai connu auparavant, quasiment plus de personnel, service d'étage déplorable, un savon pour 8 jour, jamais renouvelé, le petit déjeuner moyen, aucune information, aucun plan pour se retrouver, se repérer.

A mixed bag, probably fine for a night or two. I chose this place as I noticed breakfast was included although what was an offer was disappointing. Rice and veg with orange squash instead of juice. I ended up going elsewhere. Room was fine, the fridge stunk though and could do with a decent clean. The front desk did a lovely job of my laundry.

Staff were friendly and very helpful! The towels have seen it’s days, the water doesn’t drain in the bathroom, it takes a while - which is not good ! It needs upgrading and the breakfast is ok - you can survive! But it is good for money value! Definitely needs new towels and fix the drainage !

写真では新しく見えたが、施設としては新しくないです。 金額と立地、バイキングの朝食付きという点を考えると良いと言えます。豪華ではないけれども、おかゆ、パン、野菜の炒め物など、いくつか選択肢があり、割と美味しかったです。 エレベーターが一台で、時間がかかるのが難点。以前、この近くに泊まったことがあって、騒音であまり眠れませんでしたが、中国正月のタイミングだったので、その影響か、とても静かでした。 シャワーは一日目は良かったのですが、二日目はお湯が熱くならず、ちょっと寒かったです。 ぜひ泊まりたいという感覚ではないですが、

Very pleasant staff, courteous,helpful,polite,the breakfast I'd give 4 out of ten,there's no other time to get food,the room needs the drapes taken down and washed ,very dirty, bathroom has black mould, Phnom Penh is a dirty filthy city,the hotel is a 5 at most out of ten .

Great hotel that would suit many Westerners.
Excellent hotel with great breakfasts. No problems at all although the bath is a bit of a risk if you are 6 feet tall.

I give the hotel high marks. Keeping in mind this is a budget hotel, they performed very well and I'm happy with the accommodation. This was my second stay at the property.

Everything was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Special and big THANKS to PM Ratha he is such nice man and looking after his job very well. All hotels need people like him. He found time to help guests in all ways and any time. He helps to us a lot too. Thank you Ratha again and because of you we will recommend the hotel to everyone and we will be happy to back again.

The property was old and dingy. Nothing really stood out about it. It was just OK. If all you need is a place to sleep you can't beat the price. I was a bit annoyed because I could not use my credit card to pay. I had to go to an ATM and get money which cost me additional money. The English of the front staff was not good so communication was difficult.

Great service. Great staff. Great advice. Would recommend and would stay again. Good starting point if you’ve never been to Cambodia before. Drive was patient and kind concerning our flight delay!

Do not frequent this hotel.
This hotel was not very good at all. I booked the hotel for two nights. I paid before I arrived. I got there to find that the hotel had been overbooked. They found a different hotel for me, but it didn't have some of the things I like (hot water for example). I even saw someone else arrive and pay for a room after I was told I couldn't have the room I'd all ready paid for. The staff was completely unhelpful. Someone on their staff even broke into my luggage. I found myself sick the final day, and asked if I could stay after the check out time. They said sure and that they wouldn't charge me. Then they did.
