On arrival day, we arrived at 3:20pm and the cleaning staff was still in the unit cleaning. It took another 15-20 minutes before they were finished. Upon entering we checked the property and noticed cleaning service did not clean the patio at all, pet hair balls, cigarettes, very dusty furniture. Pest traps located all throughout the rental which is a hazard for all children. Neither bedroom has any furniture for clothing storage nor do either closet have more than a few hangers. If the are not going to provide furniture, they should at least provide hangers. My entire party had to live out of our suitcases which is not acceptable. The unit also did not provide an iron so on top of not being able to hang our clothes, we were not able to iron them either. I record an email asking how our first night stay was and I let her know if a few issues we were facing. We needed hangers, an iron and a hair dryer (we travelled 1300 miles so a hair dryer was not packed). She assured me she would get these items to me, but never did. Which was very dissapointing. The lock box to the unit was located inside the unit on the table with keys inside the box which was quite confusing since there is a keyless entry on the front door. Carrying around keys is unheard of these days and extremely cheap. The address to this unit needs to be more accurate and clear. We had 4 Ubers and 2 doordashers cancel on us because the complex is very confusing. This was extremely frustrating since we were w/o a car
