We arrived at our unit at 6 pm, 2 hours after check in and the room had towels all over it, the beds were not made, there was food in the fridge, garbage in cans, and the second bath shower head was broken off and sitting on the sink and the tub unusable as the water spout was taped off with masking tape. There was also an air freshener that was so strong, I had a migraine in under 5 minutes. They moved us to an upstairs unit that had no elevator and as we had a large amount of items, it was difficult to get them up to our room. I asked for a discount and 5 days later, they offered me 75 off of an over 1100 stay. I refused that and they offered me 100 off. My migraine meds cost more than what they offered me. I'm very disappointed with the communication and the way the first unit was handled. I drove 7 hours to get there and didn't appreciate having to stay in an upstairs unit as I booked a first floor. I would never stay at one of their units again.
