「On the surface, overall nice looking unit and apartment complex. However, there were issues not apparent in the online advertising: Small stucco/cement cove balcony looks to busy, loud interstate and the two chairs provided are low so you’re looking at the wall👎. Not user friendly but at least a place to hang wet swimsuits. Bedroom windows also face interstate and not well sealed so allow bugs and noise in👎 But the windows do let in nice daylight 👍. The bathroom has a musty/urine...

Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. 「Nice place but the room wasn’t clean when we came, there were crumbs on the couch and hair on the bed. My husband stepped on glass in the hallway. Weed smoke was also just constantly stinking up the room from the other unit, not the owners fault but an inconvenience. Other than the lack of cleanliness I would say it’s a nice stay, just expect a cleaner place when we’re paying for the cleaning fee and giving a 200 dollar deposit plus the room. 」

「The parking terrace was a pain - working only part of the time. That company was unreachable for help; the resort manager's office was separate & could not help. The key fob failed several times to open the building from the parking terrace. Leaving one stuck waiting for someone else to come out so you could get in - not secure & very inconvenient. To add to the insult one paid extra fees to not be able to use it.」
