「Clean and easy to go through process」

「Negatives: The check in process was very tedious. Filling out a lengthy agreement, sending my license, a selfie, and deposit. The host was impersonal-no name, just “Your host” Lots of rules about parties and quiet hours (must sign an agreement), taking a picture of the key once it’s in the lock box at checkout, taking the trash out. 「Great room and very spacious. We love the balcony and the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!!」

「We walked in and the entire place looked like it had not been cleaned from previous renters. I’m talking beds looked slept in and blankets tossed back on the bed. Dirt on the floor. Dishes still in dishwasher. No trash bags except the one to changed trash for 6 days! Crazy! Only one parking spot so don’t plan on having guests and the door was hard to open. Type the code and pull the handle towards you to get it to open.」
