「I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

「Glendale. You may be alarmed when walking through the building hallways towards your rental. Stained concrete, dim lighting, garbage on floor, cobwebs on ceiling. Yikes! I thought-- what have I got myself into?? Inside the rental, we saw hairs on the towels and the dishwasher was stinky but the rental was otherwise acceptable. The place looks like it hasn't had a fresh coat of paint in years. The furnishings are sad--I tried to move the bedside table to see if there was an outlet behind...
