“A group of us stayed here during a soccer tournament. The house worked out perfectly for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, lots of activities for the teenage boys to do at the house, and it was in a beautiful neighborhood with walking paths. There were parts of the house that had some deferred maintenance, such as some damage to the ceiling in one of the bedrooms and a rubber piece of the refrigerator hanging down, but none of that impacted our stay negatively.……

“Pros: Amenities, check in process, clean rooms, spacious house, nice kitchen, big backyardCons: Hot water, WiFi Only issues that we had were the hot water. One side of the house it takes about 30 seconds for the hot water. Other side took about 2 to 3 minutes. Just need to space out when people take showersWiFi is also spotty in parts of the house. Overall I would definitely recommend this house for people who need a bigger place. The pros do outweigh the cons.”

“This is an Okay property but needs to be run better. It was not the cleanest. There are several amenities but some of them did not work. Our primary bathroom shower had water that was far too hot and it took to long to get this rectified. There were other items that did not work in the home that we were not happy about. We had to fix the pool controls ourselves. The golf simulator kept losing connectivity. I don't know why you would have wood countertops at a VRBO. ”

“The house was beautiful and very clean. The floor plan made it possible for a large group to enjoy alone time too. Joe was extremely easy to work with. The scenery was unbelievable We will surely stay there again.”

“We were disappointed to find out that we had to pay a additional $180 to use the pool and hot tub. Probably go back to the many wonderful resorts where pool use is included. There were many added perks to this hone rental. Back yard is not for children or pets as there is a dangerous drop off unprotected in yard.”

“We had a corporate event for 18 people. We had 11 at this house. We had a small kitchen plumbing problem that was taken care of immediately. Held our business meetings on the back patio. Amazing facility, will rent again!”
