“I will definitely come back, property was super clean, pool beautiful and canopy beyond cute, super clean, and amenities were all covered making travel go super smooth. Host was easy to get a hold of and very helpful.”

“The room could use a good scrubbing with a magic eraser. There are black scuffs and dirt marks all over the walls.
Pool was great and quiet especially in the heatwave.
Good central location really close to old town.
Note to anyone staying it is a memory foam mattress. So it doesn’t breathe well and you get absorbed by it pretty quickly. Great if you like that type of mattress.
Vince is very quick at communicating with anything and everything.

“This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field.
Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1……
