「設備簡單，但齊全，早餐只可以話飽肚，事實亦並不豐富，酒店附近都係貨倉或工業用地，但亦有兩間連鎖式快餐店。我入住的時間（February-March )是鳳凰城全年最好天氣的時候，所以可能租金較貴。」

「New hotel, nice amenities and location, staff was untrained, misinformed. Many construction issues or imcomplete work in rooms. Breakfast was weird. Njce property, great loaction, just need to train staff as they were telling us wrong stuff often. 」

「We enjoyed the unique decor and great daylight in this house, plus spinning tunes on the record player. The backyard pool and hot tub with views of mountains where great as well. Good location within 5 minutes of hikes, groceries, and Interstates for road trips. Rich is a stellar host. 」
