"The property was easy to access and navigate. Staff was very friendly, we arrived before 3pm and the front desk made accommodation to get us a room. Pools and restaurants were nice "

"From calling ahead, to arriving, checking in, during our stay and checking out… everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The hotel is located in downtown and so many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We drove in from Las Vegas for a MLB game at Chase Field. The hotel is not that far and if it was cooler, we would have walked but we took a Lyft and walked back after the game. The only downfall was that the food venues were closed or close to closing after the game. Other than that, I would definitely come back and stay! Oh! The bed was comfortable and the pillows are excellent! I slept so good during my stay! Wish I could find those pillows, that’s how comfy they were! "
