“The hosts were excellent throughout the process, making sure everything was just right. The condo was excellently located, close to major shopping, restaurants, and the canal bank for morning walks. The condo itself was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The balcony had an excellent view of the courtyard and was spacious to accommodate four adults for morning coffee. An excellent experience and would go back again”

“House was nice and roomie, we had good communication with vrbo through their app. We were really bummed the pool didn’t heat up over Thanksgiving week. The pool can’t be heated during the winter months when because they think a heat pump heats the water when in fact heat pumps are used to cool the pool water in the hot summer months. The heat pump takes the heat out of the water and returns it to the pool cold. It cannot heat cold water in the winter months. The house has bedrooms for 12 except……

“One smoke detector was missing and one was falling off the wall. The house was for sale, which would be concerning if booked in advance and it sold. Booking person was not very flexible. I asked if our daughters could come to the house for dinner since they were staying at a hotel, and I was told to just take them out to dinner. I didn't want to go against the rules and get fined so we didn't have them over. It felt like there were a lot of opportunities for them to bill you extra if they……
