“Property was amazing. Quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting outside watching the military jets fly over. Pool was heated and comfortable. Owner was just a text away if there was anything needed.”

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”

“I got to stay on the same floor as my family. The room was large, clean, quiet and well stocked. The price was right for the hot hot summer. The pool area is gorgeous and so pleasant to just hang there. having the food truck and bar was so convenient and the food was good. ”

“Very unique property in the heart of downtown. Made out of shipping containers, very comfortable and clean! Close to nightlife and just down the road from major events like basketball and baseball. ”

“Very high end beautiful home! Beautiful neighborhood! It was everything that was advertised. We don't have any criticisms, only suggestions that could have made our stay a little more comfortable/convenient. 1: Clear/concise instructions as to how to operate the hot tub; hot tub control panel could be placed in a more convenient location 2: We did not use the outdoor fireplace and would have liked to have in the evenings when it was cooler; the fire place appears to be natural gas however there……

“We had a great time at this house. First off the walking trails right behind the house are easy hikes and at the top has great views all around the valley. The sunsets from there are amazing. Our purpose on this trip was watching our daughter play in a soccer tournament. The house was perfect for the three families that shared it. Plenty of space and a great backyard pool area. Everyone hopes to return for the next tournament they have in Phoenix. Hot tub was great on a cool evening.”

“This home was extremely clean and beautiful! It’s a very quiet neighborhood other than the jets from Luke AFB which we actually loved! We will definitely stay here again in the near future! I really can’t say enough about how extremely clean this home was! We loved our stay! The backyard is fantastic!”

“We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again.”

“The property is as described, clean and great. I really enjoyed my stay. I like that the unit allows so much natural light in, and if you don’t want the natural light, there are different levels of shades by the windows. Great place to be.”

“It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. ”
