“Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer……

“Very nice property in good location - North Central Phoenix. The apartment itself would have been perfect for our 25 day stay but for the fact that the dryer did not work and the landlord did nothing about it despite almost 10 message exchanges and phone calls. So we had to lay our clothes all around the living room to dry.
