“In the state of Arizona, especially during the summer months when temperatures are often at or above 100 degrees it is a save bet that if you are operating a rental property that Air Conditioning is a standard. No where did it indicate that this rental did not include Air Conditioning and the room only had a ceiling fan. When the pre-check-in information was sent it even discussed not setting the thermostat below 73 degrees. This was very misleading and beyond disappointing!”

“Pros: great communication & cleanliness Cons: 1. No bottled water & snacks though it was stated there would be2. Coffee station only had Splenda for sweetener3. Mattress was EXTREMELY uncomfortable 4. Mold in corner of shower5. Shower head is very low, I'm 5'3 & I had to squat under shower head6. VERY difficult to get into shower, it's also a bathtub with very high sides. Grab bars are not placed efficiently, I almost fell getting out.7. They want you to take your trash to the freaking trash can……

“The pictures are accurate. I had plenty of space to cook for my family of 5. The main bed was firm yet comfortable. The Grand Canyon was 1 hr away. Safeway’s and Restaurants were near by. It was close to the freeway but little to no noise was heard. The park was very quiet, people were responsible. I felt very safe walking around. The grounds were well cared for. The shower clearance was about 5’8”. But there is a separate shower/ Bathroom area available. The air conditioning and heating worked……

“This is such a cute place with thoughtful amenities. It was well decorated and clean. It is a small space, so be sure that meets your needs. Great for being out during the day and coming back to rest and refresh. I appreciated the water kettle for tea, filtered water, yoga mat, and soft real shower towels! Wifi and multiple tv options worked great. There is a yard with chairs that I didn’t use but looks peaceful. The host sent great driving instructions that I easily followed. There is a……
