“While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. ”

“Great location if you are planning on visiting the Grand Canyon. Also a great value. We were pleasantly surprised by the town of Williams which is 5 minutes down the road It has that western town feel with lots of places to eat and stores to shop. “The location was great. Beautiful Views. Literally minutes from downtown Williams. Parking was tight when the lot was full. We arrived after dark and the lighting was dim and the signage was hidden with the cars in a full parking lot which made it difficult to know where to go...there is no access to a kitchen nor an in room refrigerator nor an in room microwave which was disappointing. We had to go buy a cooler and ice from the local dollar general and had no way to heat up our leftovers after……

“The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out……
