This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too!

You had to pick up the key, using a code, and waiting through several slow loading prompts,from a lockbox in an obscure corner of a dark parking garage. I did not feel really safe. The floors are mostly concrete and areas of the walls had paint where different brush strokes were different shades of white and some of the paint was also on the floor. The shower produced a very weak stream of barely lukewarm water. The air vents were dusty. Location is good - convenient to main roads, ASU and many restaurants.

Cockroach on the kitchen wall on the 1st night found another one on the floor behind the fridge, rental company called and offered a different unit. Then they called back and said the carpets were wet in the 2nd unit and couldn't move till the next day, found another cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. Moved to the 2nd unit and it was much better. I don't recommend staying here, the 6.2 rating is high for this property. Bar across the street is loud, pool area is surrounded by the building and parking garage so it can also be pretty loud with just a few people out there even after it's supposed to be closed. Very disappointed with how these issues were handled.

The house didn’t seem like it was clean and maintained only two towels. Way too difficult to check in without staff. Complicated when it came to picking up and dropping off key.

I didn’t like the bugs, roaches and unclean apartment! The customer service people refused to call back with any status updates on complaints. Hard to get any response from them. Manager was asked to follow up regarding complaints and unsatisfactory of my stay and I did not receive a call. Just unexpected issues in my graduation event.

Ordered non-smoking room and had to deal with smoke smell the entire stay and had an allergic reaction. Owner did nothing to clean the room. All my cloths had smoke smell when I came home today. The property is nothing as advertised and the host was nonexistent to assist with anything nor try to solve any issues. Expedia did nothing to help either. This was a horrible experience, and nobody cares about this complete failure to address customer concerns. I was ignored

The place was filthy, hair, shampoo and soap scum all over the shower curtain. Hair in drains, floor needed to be swept and mopped. Washer and Dryer were full of lint, hair, broken lint filter. Second bedroom had a broken bathroom faucet, the First bedroom the toilet overflowed twice. The carpets in bathrooms have NEVER been laundered. The kitchen was covered in fingerprints, had to wipe down the entire place before we could even get our luggage. Parking was horrific, another vehicle was in our spot the entire trip, had to pay for parking every day.

This had to be my worst experience with a booking a place, as I come into the room the floor is sticky and I see a big puddle of water, come to find there’s a leak coming from the roof, I try to wipe down the water on the floor with a napkin, when I pick up the napkin it’s really dirty like they hadn’t mopped the floors I try to find someone in the lobby, no one was there to help I try contacting the Expedia and they couldn’t help me either so I left found another booking somewhere else and they still don’t want to refund me my money!! Do not recommend at all!!!
They said the leak once the ac would reach temperature but the washer was full of water and it was leaking to the floor

This place is really comfortable and nice. The units feel like home as you walk in and the furniture looks and felt great. That bed was comfortable as heck, seriously a great nights sleep both nights and the pillow variety was killer. The area around had plenty to offer, and there was food around. I was able to DoorDash a lot of good stuff within a few minutes. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 was the key fob issues. I love the almost automated setup this place had but it required sequential use of two key fobs for different needs without it being really clear. Aside from the key fob guessing game, everything else was perfect.

Ehhhh pros and cons, Cons:it was a terrible experience checking in and out with the key system, the entire apartment building smell like garbage (disgusting), the actual apartment had a smell also but we ordered glade candles and continuously sprayed febreze, had issues with the tv in the bedroom the first night but eventually got it set up Pros: linens were clean, plenty of towels, very comfortable bed, washer and dryer along with detergent, dishes if you decide to cook, there’s a bar literally across the street, balcony, a lot of bars and food spots in walking distance

The room itself was super clean and well kept, there were some amenities that weren’t listed so that was a nice surprise. The host is very responsive and gave a detailed list of everything related to the room and parking, that was greatly appreciated. AC was good the whole time and never had any issues with it. Showers were clean and water was hot/cold as desired. Full kitchen and some basic cooking supplies was great. Both rooms had their own bathroom. Whole apartment was much better compared to some budget hotels I’ve stayed at. Im listing some things that I liked or didn’t mind but might bother others. Beds in my room were very soft, some exposed smooth concrete walls and floors, there was a nightclub/bar across the street and you could hear them pretty late into the night with windows closed, room seemed to get a bit humid by the night time. Had some issues with the dryer in unit, seemed to not work but wasn’t there long enough to contact anyone about it and was only one small load of laundry. Worst part was the parking lot just lots of trash and the elevator was a bit rickety, but I don’t dock the review for that. Would really recommend if you are staying a bit longer and want to be more self sufficient, it’s like renting your own apartment for your stay. Overall 10/10 I am looking forward to staying here again.
