“A great apartment in a fab area”

“Loved the amenities associated with this property and the surrounding area. Thought there was room for improvement on the communication prior to arrival and once on property like WiFi password, keypad code entry, basically how to access things. ”

“This is a clean, large 2 bedroom unit with multiple pools and courts on the complex. Close to the 101 and only 15 minutes from almost everything in the Sonoran valley. Owner is quick to respond and very nice. We will definately look to stay here again.”

“The loft was nice, pictures are accurate. Over all its a great value and walkable to old towne. The property managers answered all questions very quickly and were quite accommodating. I will say the rental itself is tired and needs some care. The ceiling tiles are warped and falling out, walls are scratched and dinged badly in lots of spots. The sinks do not drain properly. That being said i would 100% stay here again its a great value!”

“When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property.”

“Spent a week in this condo. Hosts were very prompt, kind, and responsive to questions. The property is comfortable and walking distance to Old Town. The furnishings are modern and as shown in the photos. The bed was also comfortable. Laundry facilities are available on the premises, but not in the suite (1.75 per load). The kitchen is updated, but is a bit lacking in dishes, towels, etc. Some dishes and utencils need updating (chipped plates - rubber spatula falling apart, one wine glass). The……

“The property was great! It is close to good restaurants and walking along the canal. I had difficulties opening the door and the owners were quite helpful. It is important to read the information in the link provided about the property. Currently, there is construction across the street so it was quite noisy. I would stay again!”

“For what we were looking for plus location, this worked out wonderfully. This complex was where moved to in 2003 when our daughter was born & we were back in town for her college graduation this past weekend…full circle if you will.”

“Everything in condo was very clean the only problems we had were very disruptive neighbors above us. You could hear them walking back-and-forth and sliding doors open and shutting all night long so they could go out and smoke.”

“We enjoyed our stay. I had my dates one day off so we showed up one day early! Whoops. NO problems said the manager. Kathleen. Great gal and helpful. We thought an update was/is in order for the property - extremely short toilets. I never have seen them quite so low and a relatively easy upgrade - not to mention the water savings that would be gained with new toilets. Close to restaurants and fairly close to Old Town Scottsdale. It's a yes from us.”

“It was clean and convenient..... but it was advertised, and we PAID for king size beds.... the beds were almost as small as twin beds, so that was a huge misrepresentation on their part. If the beds had been as advertised, we would stay regularly, but that ruined it for us. ”
