“It was the perfect place for my short weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from the balcony view. There is no balcony entrance from the unit (27C). You access the balcony from the building hallway. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it had some comfortable spots to sit when the temps are lower.I would definitely stay here again.”

“Checked all the boxes for a nice stay in Scottsdale. Very comfortable condo. Nice furnishings, comfy bed. Very clean. Walked to old town for dinner twice. Sherman was a great host. We noticed there was no pool safe glassware and I reached out. He immediately ordered some on Amazon and they were at the door by morning. Used the washer and dryer downstairs (need to download app to pay) was clean and all worked well. Pool was nice and clean a little small but ya can’t have it all:). would stay……

“I always try to write true reviews so I am torn here. I will only give this a 4 star. The host was great. Check in and info was all good. The pictures are resent and accurate, and it was close and convenient to everything. Airport, downtown, etc. However you should know that the property is old. Bathrooms are very small. This was fine for a couple of guys on a golf trip. Also not the hosts fault but the pool and hot tub were kind of murky. Now they were maintained. I saw someone adding……

“Our overall stay was good. We had a little hiccup initially. We were notified upon our arrival that their was an issue with the air-conditioner in our unit and they would need to move us to another unit until this problem was taken care of. We appreciated the owner notifying us in advance and making arrangements for us to stay in a different unit just around the corner, which was very comparable. We were able to move back to our original unit after two nights. Because of our inconvenience……

“In general we liked the property but there were a few issues. Management was very responsive but made it difficult to get in early as we were just released from the hospital and needed to lie down. There were not enough towels and Kleenex stocked although sufficient was delivered on the second day after we asked. There was a very strong marijuana smell periodically coming from outside.”
