Great stay! Clean apartment with nice beds in a nice location, easy walk to Old Town. Gave the access code and instructions in advance and it was easy to figure out.

Everything was the bare minimum with this property..it’s what should be expected for the price honestly. It’s a great place if you’re trying to get away from everybody and don’t want anyone to find you. Besides that don’t expect super fluffy blankets and a nice lush couch. There’s no TV in the two bedrooms and there’s a small 40 inch flat screen downstairs with a search store donated lookalike futon you can sit on with maybe two small children and they what kind of trouble your cats get into chicken soup for the soul on the coffee table. I would say this is a pretty good review considering what happened to my check-in process and how I was without an access code until 4 o’clock in the morning. Even though it could’ve been a better day, I still decided to do a friendly gesture and pull all of their overgrown weeds in the back because it was ruining the vibe.

The neighborhood was nice. The host was communicative. I appreciate that the apartment was clean and stocked. There were dishes, seasonings, soaps, toilet paper and towels. I also appreciate the make up wash cloths and beach towels. The location was convenient and its easy to access the apartment via a pass code. The television was simple to sign into if you have streaming services and I like that it will automatically log you out upon checkout. The is a bar with bar stools where you can sit and eat meals. The only two cons I have are the sofa and the shower. The sofa is very low to the ground and sinks lower once you're sitting which is not very functional, especially for someone like me with knee issues. The other is the shower drainage, its draining too slowly.

Great Stay

The property was very clean and nice. It was in a quiet area and our kid loved the pool. Very good communication and directions for door access and use of the equipment. Would stay again!

I was brushing my teeth upstairs and a cockroach ran across my foot. I took a video of where the cockroaches were going in and out of the wall and sent it to the property owner/manager. I expressed my displease and asked for a refund because this was the first night of multiple and I wanted to leave, property manager pretty much blamed me and said not to leave windows or doors open - I had been at the property for probably 2 hours and it was almost 100 degrees out, the only thing I opened was the front door briefly to get into the place. He said my stay is non refundable and suggested I spray bug spray where they are entering and exiting the wall while I was still staying there - horrible experience and an unfortunate handling of the experience by the property manager.

Awesome experience

The accommodations at Sophia was easily a 5 star quality. The furnishings were comfortable and appealing. The kitchen was awesome with coffee maker and espresso machine along with the coffee and espresso pods. I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend this host to anyone who is planning a vacation in Scottsdale AZ

I like the fact that I didn’t have to deal with anybody like me at the front desk or anybody coming and bothering me about checkout time Or housekeeping. It was nice having a home feel away from home. The only downside about this property is that one of the nice is well or some kind of her Internet I have been living in the attic or in the central air system so when you turn on the heater when it was cold that night the credit was running around crazy back-and-forth up there somewhere in the attic and vent system it was Falcato and a little scary to not know what kind of animal I was up there that could possibly get out and attack us? lol when I call them about what happened and how I told them we didn’t feel like staying there anymore she told me that she’s very sorry about that but there’s nothing she can do about it and she’s welcome to let us know that we cannot leave but we can’t get a refund or have anybody come out to check out the house until the next morning. Horrible customer service. Wait near the an hour and a half for check and instructions after 3 PM
