“Great hotel and staff ”

“Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior.”

“Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again.”

“Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. ”

“The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”

“I was charged multiple times and they couldn't tell me why. I also have not received it back into my account. I was charged for the room, $50 incidental hold, $14 for parking and a random $84 charge that they have no clue why and haven't refunded it.”

“The staff was extremely helpful, especially at check in, offering directions to local activities and restaurants. The pool and deck area was clean and provided fresh towels daily. The breakfast area was clean as well and offered typical breakfast foods.”

“I don’t often write hotel reviews but though we only stayed one night, the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Old Scottsdale is worth it. We had an excellent experience. The room was incredibly spacious with two queen beds, a pull out couch and almost a full kitchen - large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen supplies. The hotel was very clean. And the breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, waffles, potato pancakes and more. I would highly recommend it.”

“Love the atmosphere. It was very quiet and relaxing which fit our trip vibe. The staff was kind and helpful. However, one area for improvement could be the accessibility for guests to the surrounding walkable areas. The wall surrounding the resort made it tricky to determine the best access points to walk to the sights and local shops.”

“The hotel is very new and clean but the water pressure is extremely low. As well as, the pool water temperature was very cold unswimabl. Staff in general good but lacking hospitality experience and professionalism overall.”
