"Clean room. Beautiful courtyard."

"The pool and hot tub were green. The hotel is a motel and it's very old and run down. I cannot say enough about how gross this place is. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was dried piss on the back of the toilet. I checked for bed bugs and the mates had a bed bug cover over it, so no bugs. There were no other bugs either. For $190.00 I was very disappointed. "

"The hotel was noisy. There was a couple arguing loudly in the entryway. The hotel stunk of food cooking including our room which was on the second floor. The room was poorly lit and I saw bugs in the bathroom. There was no bottled water in the room. Based on other hotel stays, I expected this. It was disappointing and I would not stay there again. "

"Nice looking apartment. WiFi was slow and NO hot water!! Was bummed about that since there was 5 of us who needed to shower. Thought we found a bedbug but turns out it was a little beetle the front staff verified it. They promised a discount but will see if it happens with the return deposit. "

"Lack of communication between employees had us waiting for the free airport shuttle for over 45 minutes. Called the number provided 3 times to see where the shuttle was and why it wasn’t showing up and the desk clerk said “make sure to go to the share ride side.” Later found out the bus was going to the opposite side where the cell phone lot was. Mentioned this when checking into the hotel and were told we would be reimbursed for having to pay for uber after waiting for so long for the shuttle that never came to share ride side of pickup but never received reimbursement. Desk clerk gave email to contact for a cash refund reimbursement but never responded to email and wasn’t seen again since check in the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. The main reason I booked was specifically for the free airport shuttle and this was the first problem encountered from the hotel. Was highly disappointed from first impression but everything else turned out fine. "

"We only had an overnight stay. Hallways were pretty quiet, clean communal space, room had just the basic amentities which worked for us. Booking site said airport transfer but that's inaccurate. Staff was my least favorite part - the gentleman in the morning didnt even write down our note, saying that maintenance would need to fix the ac unit in our room - which feel off the wall in the night - scaring both myself and my mom. over all an okay stay. "
