「Best hotel I have lived in Phoenix」

「The executive suite was okay. It had quite a bit of room, but definitely wasn't maintained like it should be. The couch pull out bed was horrible. It was concave and awful to sleep on. The shower had bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall but the conditioner was upside down and wouldn't come out. It was funny but also annoying. The AC was amazing! The pool was fun! The windows looking at the pool from the hall were cool. The breakfast was great! The complimentary water bottles...

「Hello, Jessica at the front desk was extremely, extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Besides our interaction with her, our stay was less than desirable. I felt that the hotel misrepresented itself with the photos online, starting with the pool. There were very few seats available and no amenities. Also, our beds were extremely uncomfortable. Some of the reasons that prompted us to cancel our second night. We respectfully are requesting a refund. Also we were charged for parking when we had a...

「The property overall was good. Unfortunately the room was very noisy and the door constantly moved and jangled whenever someone walked by or used the room next door. All the employees were nice expect one who had a consistent attitude anytime we had to interact with him. I also felt that a discount should have been given since the elevator was broken the entire time we stayed. Breakfast was good and well stocked.」

「Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!」

「House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages...

「This place was very dirty and unsanitary. I could smell weed when walking through the hallways and through the vent in my room. The couch was very dirty. There was a big stain on the cushion. There was an awful smell when I walked into the room. It was not comfortable to be in.」

「We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends」

「Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate」

「Property is beautiful with secluded sitting areas with water fountains and shade. Fitness center was a little small and divided into two areas. Chilled pool was really nice because of the extreme heat!」
