「Great small apartment in a great area. Very comfortable, great shower! We loved the patio right off the bedroom, nice place for morning coffee.」

「Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

「The property has a lovely kitchen and bathrooms, however the living and bedrooms appear tired and in need of an uplift. Especially the living room furniture that is stained and not inviting to sit on. A company manages the property and they are extremely attentive and are now aware of the issues I described.」

「Overall it’s a very nice house, however the carpets in every room were worn and stained black (carpet is supposed to be a tan/greyish color), which grossed me out. So much to where I didn’t want to walk barefoot. My toddlers socks were also black after one day of walking on the floors. The couch is 3 pieces and it’s not attached so you have to be careful where you sit or you could fall through, the pieces move quite a bit.」

「The property is located in a perfect spot for accessing Old Town activities and shopping. I've stayed on the other side of Scottsdale Dr and this location was much quieter and felt more family oriented. It was ideal for our trip.」
