“The Property was amazing close to anything we wanted to do an old town, Scottsdale, and the person who assists while we were there was friendly helpful. The bed in the condo was really great. Left me feeling. I needed those sheets for home.”

“We walked in and the entire place looked like it had not been cleaned from previous renters. I’m talking beds looked slept in and blankets tossed back on the bed. Dirt on the floor. Dishes still in dishwasher. No trash bags except the one to changed trash for 6 days! Crazy! Only one parking spot so don’t plan on having guests and the door was hard to open. Type the code and pull the handle towards you to get it to open.”

When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car……

“While the location is close to downtown, our overall experience at this property was extremely disappointing due to major maintenance failures and poor customer service.
• Access & First Impressions: Entry to the building is off to the side through dirt and rocks.
Inside, there were strange, crusty spots on the carpet that we had to actively walk around.
• Amenities: None of the three bathrooms had hand towels-the half bath had no towels whatsoever. Additionally, one of the shower doors was……
