“Outstanding value and location. ”

“The pool was not working when we arrived. Jay worked quickly to get it up and running for us. And we had a terrific time in it.I must say, however, that the side of the house that holds old pool equipment, empty cardboard, etc. could use some clean-up. It is unsightly. And you can’t help but see it on one end of the pool. Also, 2 of the 5 lounge chairs are ripping/unusable.The inside of the house is great — clean, spacious, good bathrooms, good kitchen.The location also worked well for us.”

“The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. A cheese grater and large storage containers would have been appreciated. We stayed for three (3) weeks and therefor cooked several of our meals. Also, access to a Swiffer mop and a small vacuum cleaner would have been appreciated due to the length of our stay. The pool was very nice and reasonably well maintained. The patio area truly sold the place for us. We are outside people. A grill would have been awesome! ”

“We were in town for Reds Spring Training games. We enjoyed staying at this condo. It’s an older condo but it has been well kept/updated and it is conveniently located for whatever activity or for wherever you want to go. Covered parking, tennis/pickleball courts, and pool were right across from the condo. Beds were super comfortable, lots of room, and clean. The area is beautiful. View of the mountains and sunset from master balcony were very nice! It's a gated community so felt safe. We would……

“We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a fabulous location. The outdoor areas were especially great, and we really enjoyed the pool. The house was well lit, thoughtfully organized, and the kitchen was very well equipped with helpful labels throughout. It’s a cute, inviting home with plenty of space to relax, and we would highly recommend it.”

We were able to cook/grill, but also enjoyed a variety of cuisines at local restaurants. The pool was relaxing after exploring attractions in the area. The host was easy to communicate with and truly made us feel at home. ”
