“The place was very clean and comfortable , very well set up”

“Great home for multiple families getting together! The kitchen was very well stocked and each bedroom having their own en-suite was fantastic! The outside space and pool were lovely with an outdoor grill that worked great! With the number of people we had, additional pool towels would have been nice. My only complaint was that while the tenant book advertised we could set the thermostat down to 70, it was locked and set at 74. We reached out to the management company and they dropped it to 72……

“Jetted tub in villas, monopole trail, putting green, excellent cable channels, friendly and knowledgeable staff, villas are well stocked with almost everything including washer, dryer and dishwasher. Friendly service makes a BIG difference to us, plus they were very helpful with our desires.”

“Great hotel stay for work, looks of places near buy to get snacks, food etc… the check in staff was great. I realized the next morning I left my deodorant at home and was able to buy some in the hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Really nice clean room.”

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”

“I like how secure the property is. The location is the perfect walking distance to everything one likes to experience at old Scottsdale. It is a five minute walk to Fashion Square! The apartment is modern and the bed is very comfortable with high quality linens. We will definitely revisit.”
