Comfy place to stay at.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with an easy access from the freeways. Property is fully equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. I just wish our schedule would have allowed us to stay longer. Highly recommend!

It was a nice place, and perfect location for our stay (spring training). The only bad thing was it was right next to a road, and it was loud. Made it hard to sleep sometimes.

Extremely well kept surrounding apartment common areas, and unit itself is kept very clean. We were disappointed with the very uncomfortable living room furniture, noise from surrounding apartments, and small issues not seen in photos (mostly bathroom/bedroom doors sticking and closet doors not having tracks). Newly redone kitchen was very nice!

Great communication with owner and nice place. Comfy beds and very clean . Only issues it smelled like smoke in the unit , I had to buy a battery for the smoke detector as it was beeping and someone was parked in the parking spot the first night.

It was a great one night stay for work. I had trouble with the lock box and the host responded immediately helping me with my mistake. The only recommendation I would like to make is that the thermostat be set to cool before guests arrive. Temps in phoenix are over 100 degrees and it took several hours for the apartment to cool off.

Nice apartment, great stay!

Communication with the management (by email) was very timely! Everything was pretty straightforward. A couple of things to note were that the parking placard was NOT in the unit (at least I couldn't locate it). Also, the pool key didn't work on the first two pool gates we tried, but it did work on ONE of the pool gates, so we did get in after all. The unit is close to the street, so the traffic noise was noticeable in the bedrooms, probably especially because it was Saturday night. Overall, a great one-night stay!
