“Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!”

“My hubs and doggo joined me for a conference in PHX. It was a quick stay - just one night. Location is prime and courtyard among the containers is super sweet. Each container houses 2 units. Ours was clean and sleek; well outfitted and designed from an efficiency stand point. Vince was great. I had some confusion with the emails coming from different sources (Vince, Jiminy, and Aardvark Partners) that resulted in my being late to confirm our reservation. Vince was great in coaching me through……

“I had an excellent stay! The property was clean, secure, and very comfortable. The decor was stylish, and the layout of the space was functional and easy to settle into. It was a short walk to the convention center, which made attending my event incredibly convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby as well!The amenities were fantastic…having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, and the dishwasher made cleanup……

“clean and good communication”

“There were several feral cats and the urine smell was very noticeable. There was also feces on the steps leading into the condo. The front door lock didn’t work at first. Once inside, the kitchen was nice. There were several lights that didn’t work. The bullet hole in the front bedroom was different. We didn’t spend much time there as we were visiting family. We never ate there or used the kitchen. It was okay for a place to lay our heads and close to my son’s house. ”

“I absolutely loved my stay with Boulevard. The value for price was amazing, and I much preferred all the apartment amenities to staying in a hotel. Host was clear and communicative- always responded in minutes. I must recommend you stay here! ”

“House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages……
