“This was my first time using VRBO, and will definitely be using again. Check-in was incredibly easy, the host was fast to respond to any small questions. And the space overall was perfect. Fantastic view, perfect location, and surprisingly quiet for being directly downtown. The bed was also the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.”

“Stayed in the little apartment for a short visit to Phoenix. It was exceptionally well updated, super clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, shower was exceptionally large and the little kitchen was a nice option. I would say the apartment is about the size of a large suite like hotel room and was fantastic for just me and would even be nice for a couple. The location was good as it was right off the freeway, but it was a bit noisy at night, although not disruptively so. The……

“Loved the downtown location, and the building and apartment were very nice. The included linens and dishes were basic, but sufficient. Included soap and shampoo, laundry detergent, and dish soap. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The location of this stay is perfect. Our first night we noticed the heat was not working - I messaged Dustin and he immediately had maintenance out. They were not able to fix it that night so they brought us heaters until they could get someone out to fix it. The place itself is very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! If we ever find ourselves in Phoenix again, we would 100% choose to stay at Dustin’s place again! ”

“The location was ideal. Apartment layout was fine for our 17-day stay. Floors were dirty and toilets not well cleaned. We immediately saw that the bath faucet was missing a its handle (how could this be missed during cleaning?) and the kitchen lacked coffee pot and sufficient dishes and silverware. We reported this and they were provided the next day. However, on the second day the kitchen faucet gave out. We messaged every day and only got what appeared to be AI responses, but no resolution.……
