“Cute little designed room. Had all the essentials you’d need. ”

“The room was large with a completely separate bedroom and a full kitchen. There were two large televisions. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was very polite and friendly. ”

“The room was immaculately clean and the staff at check-in was courteous and polite. Couldn’t ask for anyone better. Unfortunately at check out on Sunday, the Black female staff was very indifferent and aloof. Did not have the courtesy to look up at me after trying to get her attention for a couple of minutes. I had to ask about the extra deposits I had made for the 3 rooms as incidental hold if I had used any of the beverages in the rooms. Her behavior did not give me the justification to stay……
