“The Wigwam is such a beautiful place and the staff all made me feel like a princess. Food is outstanding and support for our meeting was excellent. I’ve been there several times and noticed the property needs a little “fixing up” now, which hopefully can get done in the summer. I’ll go back again because it is a special place that honors the history of the Valley and the beauty of the desert.”

“This was my second time to this resort. It has everything you could want. Its spacious, luxurious, beautiful, fun and you feel like youre really on vacation when youre here. I'll definitely be back. ”

“Overall decent, moderately priced, and the water park was small, but fun. The property, mainly the North building, has aged and needs love. There is very little information about the property while there, you'll want to specifically ask the front desk about the on site restaurant, ice locations, etc. Staff you encounter are lovely and willing to help. Get the sense management does little to support front line workers. ”

“place was nice, but pricey for what you get. we’ve stayed at loews ventana canyon resort multiple times, & the rooms & bathrooms are very spacious & they have bathrobes as well. here, we had a fridge but no microwave.”

“Front desk staff were pleasant and the rooms were a good size. Housekeeping was horrible. When an article of clothing went missing I tracked down the head of housekeeping. The cleaning person acknowledged putting my child’s red bathing suit into the commercial laundry machine amongst white towels…. Soiled pool towels were regularly seen on the floor of walkways and outside of the pool area. When more towels were needed at the pool, it took two trips to the front desk and a mention from a……

“The property is very beautiful, however, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, kids, doors slam, etc. Same for the cleaning ladies, they start early and it’s very noisy due to the thin walls. Having said all that. We do want to stay here again next year. Just have the expectation that it’s not quiet/peaceful. ”

“Very nice and calming. Felt very private. Pool Area could use some work. Maybe larger. Wasn’t able to use overcrowded on high temp day in Mach. Too many people in pool and not enough shade or seating Over all beautiful and staff was amazing. ”

“我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。”

“This resort was superb. The lobby is gorgeous. The restaurant offers a simple yet delicious menu. The staff was amazing. We loved the bikes and the ride in the Old Chevy. The pool was great! The rooms very very spacious and clean. Location was perfect. ”
