「The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.」

「When we got to our room 214, there was a trash can in the bathroom full of used toilet paper. We called the front desk, she said she will send us a clean trash can, she never did. We left the bag outside of our room, next day, the bag was still there. We took the bag to the front desk and told a different lady about the situation. She didn’t say good morning or apologize to our complainant. She had a terrible attitude, no customer service at all. We had a reservation for the following week,...
