"Location to the shuttle is nice, depending on where your room is it could still be a couple hundred yard walk. It shouldn’t be used that much if you’re out enjoying the park but the WiFi is practically nonexistent. I like planning my next day travel or look into different things and without WiFi makes it tough again not a deal breaker but if you require WiFi just be aware. Our first night we got in at 8pm and the only food option was the tavern which closes at 9. After 50 minutes of ordering a manager came out, it was now 9pm, said it would still be a few minutes but at least they comp’d our food. The staff at the front counter was super helpful and helped with the all the park information. "

"Beware you get charged $39 per day just to use the ‘amenities’ such as the walking trail. I don’t recall this being disclosed when I booked. My room was also not available despite me reserving it weeks in advance. They put me in a different room that had a pullout bed, not an actual bed for my guest. The staff were great just disappointed in my overall experience."

"The property was wonderful and our kids and pets had a great time. The room was very clean and the king suite was perfect for the 4 of us plug the doggos. The only gripe would be the beds were not the most comfortable. I would be nice to have better quality mattresses or a topper of some kind. Other than that the place was great. "
