Room and bathroom newly remodeled and is very nice. Had big sliding glass door which opens to an alley is not very safe on first floor.

Stayed with my BF and our friends. We had the double room suite. I loved how we each had our own room and private bathroom. Also we we're walking distance from DT Flagstaff. The rooms were modern and clean! Heater worked.

Beautiful hotel! Nice beds, loved the bath tub and overall very nice. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub and how close it was to the Canyon.

This is a magical facility in a magical place. We loved El Tovar...it's history, the staff, and the restaurant. We will be back.

The property was beautiful with a nice walking path through the trees. The room was spacious and clean. Room service was quick and food was delicious. Would stay there again.

Everything was clean, all staff wore masks. The manager took us on a brief tour to view the dining area and point out nearby restaurants, the elevators, and where to go for the evening manager’s special where they served food and drinks. Best hotel stay yet again at a Drury.

This was a relatively inexpensive hotel, conveniently located for us. We found our room to be clean, modern, everything working well (loved the tight fitting black out blinds!). They were taking precautions with the pandemic, yet still offered a breakfast....good coffee, and warm burrito as a welcome send off.
