「This was by far the most disappointing hotel experience of our entire trip. After driving four to five hours to the Grand Canyon, we arrived at around 4:00 PM only to be told that the entire hotel was without power. 「Clean room. Staff is very nice and helpful on the phone. Instructions provided are very clear. Not too far to the Grand Canyon. Bed is very comfortable with good amenities. Wish there is a small table and chairs in the room for sitting.」
