"Nice property, if you get a room facing the courtyard, not the apartments that was my view. I was lucky enough to get a crappy room, while better ones were available. I got the one that the stairwell is attached to (yippee), and the ice machine right next to that (make that a double yippee). Then, I listened as a thump/thud occurred coming from the outside wall, every 1 to 2 minutes. I noticed it at 2:30 AM, and it continued until I fell back asleep around 5:30 AM. I even recorded it on my phone, just in case. Then there was the $11 cost for one 12 ounce Miller Lite. Wow, seriously? "

"When I arrived, I told the girl at the desk I had to cut my trip to 2 days instead of 3, and she said, no problem you are letting us know 24 hours in advance. We will charge the 3 days but will refund you the last day. Well, they didn't, and it's disgusting. I was suffering from chronic back pain, that's why my trip was cut short. And when I try to call, it won't let me get through."
