「This is a very large and comfortable place to spend time. It’s close to ASU, two blocks from a Whole Foods, and a short walk to the street cars. Our host was considerate and quick to respond to questions. The only caveats are that it’s two fights of stairs to the bedrooms, and that, like the rest of Tempe, it’s under flight paths for Sky Harbor airport. The windows are well sealed, however, so the noise wasn’t very disturbing. 」

「This property went above and beyond in establishing a comfortable clean place to stay and do business while visiting. This luxury apartment had every amenity and take needed including toiletries just in case you forgot them. The kitchen had everything including seasonings. I would stay at any o these locations trusting that it is similar to the Tempe location.」

「The pluses: good location for ASU, but next time I would choose downtown Tempe for better vibe. Large apartment, good kitchen, nice gym and pool. Lockbox was handy. No loud parties and tenants (students) were very friendly.The negatives: key for the pool and gym, and back up key were not in the lockbox or apartment. We chose the apartment for the gym. Contact with the owners was patchy and we didn’t get the keys until 4 days into our 6 day stay. There is a leasing office, but they don’t...

「Great little house. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the multi-game arcade! Plenty of room inside. Heads up, no TVs in the bedroom but it was no problem for us. Very quiet and safe neighborhood in Tempe. Close to downtown Tempe, campus, restaurants, groceries, etc. this place is part of a one story, multi unit house but is extremely quiet and did not feel attached to anything.
