“Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this house. For the most part, the pictures on the website are accurate. The layout of the house is perfect for a family, the backyard is fantastic, and the guest house is a lovely extra space. While there is much that is positive, it is obvious that this is a rental property. Things are a bit "lived in." Some of the furniture is worn and/or stained. Also, I had to communicate with the property manager a couple of times because certain things didn't……

“Overall a nice property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and good communication from owner...having more instructions on how to use media/hvac in home would help and maybe gyms/exercise places nearby. Otherwise all expectations met. ”

“We had a wonderful stay!! The property is absolutely beautiful. We came to celebrate my 40th birthday with a group of 12. We planned to leave the house for some meals and activities and once we got there we never wanted to leave. We ended up having all our meals at the house and enjoying the awesome back yard set up! Felt like we had our own resort. The house is a dream and I would definitely rent again! ”

“We paid to heat the pool/ hot tub , but on arrival it was not heated at 4 pm. After our son worked for about an hour, it started heating and was great for the remaining 3 days. The coffee pot only brewed with grounds, so we bought a coffee pot to use. We did not have sheets for the pull out, so we went and bought sheets. Towels needed to be washed and dried a lot because 15 people go through many with pool and showers. Otherwise the house and pool were beautiful and it was a wonderful vacation……

“Before you respond to this review in the obscene way that I have seen you respond to other people’s reviews, I’ll first point out that this group travels often (& stays in a lot of high-quality vacation rentals), so we have a pretty solid benchmark. When 3 days prior to arrival we learned our property was “accidentally double booked”, we were told this home was an “upgrade” and “three times better” than the one we originally booked—which honestly make us wonder what three times worse looks……
