「I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. 「Falsely advertised free parking. Was not clear you could not park in unmarked spots. Signage was not visible or clear. We got towed while still unloading. Cost $200. The distance from car to room was very far and took many trips. Very difficult to find room in the first place. Two coffee machines, neither worked. 「Very clean property. Exterior, lobby and room were fresh smelling and tidy. As with most hotels, noise was a factor. I could hear televisions throughout the night along with doors slamming. I don’t believe there is much sound proofing between rooms and the hallway. Outside of the noise, the refrigerator stayed nice and cool and the AC was cold.」
