「It was fine overall. I will say I was to get a room with a view (pool or mountains) and I didn’t get either due booking through a 3rd party. Frustrating. Other than that it was nice…pool staff and bar staff were great. 」

「The room I stayed in felt boxy, but still nice and clean. My room view was of maintenance, so that was not so exciting to hear or see in the morning. Sadly I did not get to take advantage of the resort big lagoon pool or even see it, though I was charged a resort fee just for staying there. I was only here for one evening (much needed rest, which I got). Perhaps it would have been more enjoyed with a partner or kids.
