「The second room we stayed in starting on Sept 9 was very nice. I assumed it was recently remodeled as it had nicer furniture and features. The first room was very dated. This last room we stayed it was 100% nicer.」

「Amazing customer service, clean rooms, 」

「What I didn't like is the locks were changed during the day while I was gone and I did not receive any notification that the locks would be changed and I would have to get new key cards. They apparently put the notice under the door the same day they changed the lock which I'd already left that morning and when I returned and the late evening I'm trying to get my room unlocked. Had to go down to the desk ring the bell nobody came went back up. Tried to get into the room again. Went back down...
