"Everything was fine EXCEPT the complicated remote for the TV. I asked at the desk for some help -- perhaps printed instructions. They told me they didn't know about remotes. End of story. No tv for my stay."

"I equested an upper level room, upon check in I was told it would cost more and the elevator was not working. Ended up on 1st floor right across from restrooms which had 24hr access, which was very disruptive during night while trying to sleep. Also, the room above mine was Very loud, heavy walking/running from 12-1:45am. The Amenities consisted of 1/2 bottle of shampoo, towels smelling like food and marijuana, and an iron that leaked & did not work. I assumed that this was a newer hotel and would provide and pleasant stay..VERY disappointing! "

"Check-in was great. Clhexk in clerk was friendly, pleasant and attentive to our needs. It was the same on check. Even though they don’t off free breakfast - they had lunch/dinner/breakfast at $10-15. Prepared on order by the chef!!!! Dinks at the bar were great. Linens, bed - every thing was awesome."

"In town for doctors appointment and it was close to everything I needed and wanted. I felt safe and quiet area. The bed was comfortable and suited all our needs. I will stay again."

"Staff was unhelpful, no maintenance available. We had to repair the problem ourselves. AND when coming back to our room one night the card was deactivated and had to get reactivated I do not recommend this place."

"The property was secure, the room and property were simple but clean. The bed was comfortable and check in was pleasant. An exceptional bargain at the price quoted when I booked through Hotels.com I was quoted $73.37 due at check in. A deposit of $60 was requested at check in. However, I have been billed a total of $133.37."
