Terrible place to stay. My room looked dirty, had a leaking faucet and no hot water. I asked to get it fixed and they never did. They told me the handy man quite so I offered to help with handyman services in exchange for hotel stay which they agreed. I worked for them on a Thursday for three hours. With in that time I fixed a clogged toilet a leaking sink and also cleaned there maintenance room completely because it was a disaster. I couldn’t access anything in there plus they didn’t have proper tools. They agreed I would return on Sunday to continue work on Monday but when I showed up on Sunday to check in they told me they changed there mind and denied me to stay and said they would only give me $20 for Thursdays work. At this point I had no we’re to stay and i just had drove 6hrs to get there. They never called me in advance to notify me of there changes. Honestly it looked like everyone there is on drugs including management. Warning stay away from this place!

When we arrived (family of 3, with a 4 year old), there was food scraps on the bed, and hair on the bed and in the bathtub. This wasn't the kind of hair that comes from your head, either. There were wrappers on the floor, the headboard of the main bed was leaning over about to fall on the bed, there was white stuff on the table and chairs, and even with the door closed, the smells of several different substances being smoked was heavily prevalent. I went to the office and the employee on shift offered me new sheets but said that the manager wouldn't be in until Monday and the housecleaner wouldn't be in until the next day. There were no additional rooms to move into, so I returned my key and left with the family, heading down the street to Super 8, where for $20 more, the room was clean and comfortable.

I wasn’t expecting much for a motel in Mesa. The fact that the bathroom was flooded and the sink was clogged when I checked in was wild. The sheets and towels definitely didn’t look clean. Unfortunately I had a work event and needed to get ready quickly but I definitely returned my card after that 30 minutes and booked another hotel. If you could rent a trap house, that’s this place.

The rooms are definitely neglected. The first room I was in the sink was clogged when I got in there the toilet didn’t flush. The room hadn’t been clean. They just changed the sheets. The shower still had hair and soap and grim in it. My TV didn’t work. It was ripped off the wall sitting on top of her dresser. The front desk said they couldn’t move me until the next day. Then the next day they move me into a room that the restroom sink didn’t work in at all. The water wasn’t on the tub leaked out all over the floor and the kitchen was dirty. All in all I would not stay there again Nor recommended to anybody should be condemned.

Even for the price, this place was a dump. No thermostat control and it was cold. Badly stained cheap towels, NOTHING to cook with or eat on (no dishes, no pan, no nothing) in the kitchenette, holes in the sheets, graffiti on the headboard, messy paint job badly covering other graffiti, broken fixtures, broken window slats and no curtains, no bedside lights just a single overhead bulb, no ice machine (and no ice tray in the freezer either). We planned to eat a couple simple meals in the room, and had to spend $50 at Walmart, just to get some basic supplies. Worst of all, the room STANK so badly that everything we brought with us now smells bad and needs to be washed, even our jackets and bags.

Check-in was smooth. The room was dusty with extremely low maintaining. The windows were missing blinds on both sides so people from outside could easily see inside. The front desk attendant was a bit rude and dismissive with any questions or request for assistance. There were what looked like blood stains on the sheets and pillow cases. I would not recommend!

I've stayed at this property many times always welcomed and they have a great room for me. Close to bus lines and Mesa Riverview is a free bus ride away with less than a block walk coming back or going.
