“The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”

“Hotel advertised that they had a on-site restaurant, only a bar! TV remote did not work. Good breakfast. Nice pool. ”

“Clean room, friendly staff, pool and jacuzzi very relaxing, was looking forward to sitting by the fire pit but it was not working. I would stay here again, it was super close to Scottsdale Stadium. ”

“Staf at front desk was welcoming. Lexi did a phenomenal job helping replace the faulty ac unit in our room. However, at some point in our stay three necklaces were stolen from our room..I should have used the safe, but got careless and tucked the jewelry bag in my suitcase which was on a stand near the front door. I reported to front desk. This theft left a bad taste so I would probably NOT stay there again. ”

“Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. ”

“Room was spacious and had 2 TVS which was nice. No one to help with luggage so just a heads up about that. Good location. You can walk to lots of restaurants and shopping”

“I found the morning complimentary coffee service in the lobby unsatisfactory. A trying experience….and exchange with the staff proved challenging…. A lack of explanation regarding the self service equipment created challenges, and after figuring out the equipment, found myself giving tutorials for other guests that were also equally confused…. Funny mold smell in our guest room…. Great MCM vintage architecture with a cool vibe….but the courtyard landscaping around the pool needs improvement and……

“Unfortunately we wanted a pool to swim laps in. This pool had a beautiful setting but was only 3'6" deep. A wading pool for adults. The couch, table, and overhead hanging light are a bit tight. Location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, and the Fashion Center.”

“We didn’t know that they only cleaned the room every two days and we were only there for two days. We only had one coffee cup and had requested they bring another one during cleaning the first day and they said they would, but since they didn’t clean, we didn’t get it. Everything else was great. It wasn’t quite soundproof, but it was pretty close - like the blackout shades too. Breakfast stopped at 9 AM during the week so we didn’t get a chance to try it.”

“The unit was very clean and check-in was smooth. However, there were a few things that impacted our comfort. The bed was quite squeaky, and there were no wine glasses or corkscrew available. There were also no USB charging ports or music/speaker system. Overall a clean space, but a few small additions and fixes would really improve the experience.”
