“This was an awesome hotel right in Old Town. You can walk to everything. Great restaurants, so much fun. Pool on top and great place for a view and drinks and nachos.”

“Staf at front desk was welcoming. Lexi did a phenomenal job helping replace the faulty ac unit in our room. However, at some point in our stay three necklaces were stolen from our room..I should have used the safe, but got careless and tucked the jewelry bag in my suitcase which was on a stand near the front door. I reported to front desk. This theft left a bad taste so I would probably NOT stay there again. ”

“Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. ”

“The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”

“It was great except the boys sports teams that kept running up and down the halls in the evening. I notified the front desk but nothing was done. When we checked out the front desk said they would mention this to the coaches. What about the responsibility of the parents????”

“This property is very old”

“On our last morning, the shower only worked for limited amount of time. I let the front desk know on check out and she asked ‘was it low water pressure?’,like it was a known issue, but that was not it- the water just stopped coming out of the faucet. Overall this is a nice hotel, however, I think the room was on par with a regular Marriott. Last visit to Scottsdale we stayed at the Canopy, which honestly I liked a bit better. ”

“They closed a pool without notifying us ahead of time. That should be disclosed. We would have chosen a different hotel.”
